Today's question is courtesy of Angela Daniels, Lead Fiskateer and Crafting Goddess!
Hi everyone! My name is Angela Daniels and like you, I am an avid crafter. I have had the good fortune to work with so many fabulous crafters in the past few years. I spent 2 years as one of the cast members of Scrapbook LifeStyles with Scrapbook Royalty regulars Leah Fung, Donna Salazar and Johanna Peterson- just to name a few. If I lived any closer, I would definitely be crashing their events! One of these days, I will coax them up north to some of my classes and events that I do in the northern California and northern Nevada area. I am happy to be associated with the wonderful women of Scrapbook Royalty who I met through my latest fun job as one of the 5 Lead Fiskateers. As a long time scrapper who has accumulated just a little too much in the way of scrapbooking goodies, I appreciate having such a nice place to send my extras- somewhere I know they will be put to good use.
Today's Royal Trivia Question:
What is the name of another Lead Fiskateer who helps support Scrapbook Royalty and other worthy causes? HINT - the Answer is on the Fiskateer blog. This Lead Fiskateer is helping a cause that Scrapbook Royalty featured in today's email newsletter and on our blog earlier this month. And she'll be at the Royal Slumber Crop in March 2009.
To keep the contest fair, your comments won't show up on our blog until tomorrow. You can win more than once so check back everyday.

I think I counted 22 Charities for this year! Thats great! I think it's wonderful how on the past events calendar you all have been able to help more charities each year, keep it up. To see the pictures you go to winkflash.com with scrapbookroyalty as the username and sharing as the password. I thought the picture of the two girls holding up crousants (sp?) as big smile for the autism crop were adorable.

Today's Royal Trivia Question is courtesy of the fabulously talented and fun Donna Salazar! She is teaching at two of our upcoming events so be sure to check them out on our events page.
Hello there. My name is Donna Salazar. I’m happily married to my high school sweetie, we’ve been together for over 20 years and we have 2 teenagers. I am blessed to be able to work in the scrapbook industry. I work for Prima (they make AMAZING flowers, embellishments and paper). I teach scrappy classes EVERY month for Prima and for My Mind’s Eye.
I have made some amazing friends through scrapbooking. Leah Fung, Johanna Peterson and I make scrappy videos that are a total blast to make… sometimes I wonder if we use the videos as an excuse to get together and play. I’ve become friends with a few of the sweetest ladies that walk the planet through Scrapbook Royalty; Elena (Scrapbook Royalty’s founder and all around amazing woman), Stephanie Ackerman (doodle queen and fellow PrimaDonna), and Cheryl Waters (one of the Fiskars 5 and a super sweet lady).
I’ve also met some other fun ladies and I look forward to getting to know them better through more charity events!
OK… my question is: What was the name of the charity event that Elena and the gang helped me plan for my friend Priscilla? (hint: answer on the SBR website past events page and Donna's blog)
Hope to see some of you at the Royal Slumber Crop in March!!! Hugs ~D~
BONUS QUESTION: What is the name of the business that hosted the event Donna refers to? (HINT: Both answers are on the Scrapbook Royalty Website.)
It's not too late to vote on our new logo. the poll is right next to this post!! We would love your input :)

I like both logos, but I chose the one without the scissors. I dont really have any reason just like it more.
In all honesty I dont really dedicate myself to any certian charities. I do donate to goodwill, hand out change or food to someone on the street asking for food, this time of year always donate 3-5 gifts to toy drives, and do small things like that. I have been wanting to get together with Jennifer, and ask her about being a volunteer for Scrapbook Royalty.
